Monthly engineer inspection visits include:

• Checks made on heating components; Thermostats, programmers, pumps, diverter valves, expansion vessels, radiators, radiator valves, underfloor heating manifolds and boilers
• Toilets flushed to ensure correct flush and fill cycle to ensure proper sealing of both the inlet and outlet valves
• Showers operated to ensure controls do not seize or begin dripping from heads, shower head nozzles cleaned to avoid scaling leading to poor flow and water pattern, shower hoses checked for failing washers and leaks, shower tray/screen checks to ensure correct seal to avoid leaks and any moving parts operated to avoid seized mechanisms/enclosure wheels, waste checked for blockages and flow
• Taps operated to ensure smooth operation and no dripping cartridges.
• Bath and basin checks to ensure good seals and correct waste flow
• Kitchen sink checks to ensure good seals and correct waste flow
• Washing machine/s operated on a fill/drain cycle to ensure correct operation
• Dishwasher machine operated on a fill/drain cycle to ensure correct operation
• Detailed reports with photos sent to property owners after each inspection of any issues found and whether a repair has been made or remedial works required
