Welcome to Luxe Property Assure. By using our services, whether as a member or non-member, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully.

 

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

2. Services Provided

Luxe Property Assure provides a range of home maintenance services, including but not limited to heating, plumbing, electrical services and inspections. The specific services provided are outlined on our “Services” page.

 

3. Initial Inspection

For new customers, the first service will include an **Initial Comprehensive Inspection (ICI)** of the heating, plumbing and electrical systems (where applicable) to assess their overall standard. An in-depth report will be issued highlighting any items which require immediate rectification or any items which are likely to cause issues within the next 2 & 6 months. Any items requiring repair within 2 months which are not actioned will be excluded from any level 'cover' or 'member' discounts.

 

4. Discounts and Promotions

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Discounts for monthly schemes and members will only apply after the completion of **two monthly inspections**.

Promotional offers may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

 

5. Payment Terms

All services provided will be billed according to the rates outlined in your service agreement. Gold, Platinum and Diamond 'cover' payments are due monthly.

Membership fees, where applicable, will be automatically charged to the payment method provided along with monthly 'cover' fees.

One off services will be billed upon completion of an inspection and payable immediately.

 

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least **24 hours** notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Luxe Property Assure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided to the customer.

 

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property and systems. Any failure to disclose relevant information may affect service quality and the outcome of repairs.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Property Assure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Luxe Property Assure reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
